The Bulgarian-American Cultural and Educational Society of Los Angeles, California is a non-profit corporation incorporated on December 9, 1947 under the laws of the State of California with its name registered in the Clerk's Office of the County of Los Angeles.

The purpose of the Society is to promote, preserve and foster Bulgarian culture and tradition among its members, and to introduce certain aspects of this culture into the American way of life.
